About the Extension

  1. Download and install the plug-in into your shop.
  2. Accomplish the configuration at Settings > Plugins > OMQ Help Settings.
  • If you already have an account at OMQ, fill in the right account name into the input field.
  • If you do not have an account yet, please create a new one. Then, we contact you via email to introduce you to the software and give you the login details. You can test our software for 14 days for free.
OMQ Contact is implemented as an additional form element in an already existing form. For this, you go to Content > Shopping Experiences to create a new page or open a pre-existing one. On that page, you insert a new Text & Image > OMQ Help block.Click on the Gearwheel of the Contact element and add an API Key. You can find it in the administration of the OMQ interface at Help.Test the help page.


In order to improve the SEO capability of the plugin, introduce into the Google Crawler the URL Parameter question. To do this, go to your Google Search Console and make the adjustment under Crawling > URL Parameters. Add the parameter question as page content changes and create a page selection for each URL.
