Die Konfiguartion der Plugins ist wirklich super einfach - man muss fast nichts machen und kann sofort über den bereitgestellten Link lostesten. Bei uns gab es ein paar Probleme aufgrund einiger Besonderheiten an unserem Shop. Der Entwickler hat sich sofort auf unsere Support-Anfrage gemeldet und konnte die Probleme lösen. Der Entwickler hat uns sogar bei der Einrichtung eines ARIBA Punchouts zusammen mit einem Endkunden von uns unterstützt und an Meetings und Mailverkehr teilgenommen bis letztendlich alles funktioniert hat. Sowas ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich und verdient höchste Anerkennung.
