Model order processes with your own states
Onlineschmiede Status Manager gives you more control over your order processes: create your own states for order, payment and delivery, adjust existing standard states and control the allowed transitions to match your business process. This means a better overview in the admin and more transparent communication with customers.

- Your processes, your states: cleanly model Click & Collect, partial shipment, manual payment check or B2B approvals.
- Better overview: colour highlighting makes the processing stage recognisable at a glance in the admin.
- Fewer errors: allowed follow-up states per status prevent wrong transitions.
- More transparency: relevant states are also shown in the customer account.
Manage states flexibly
- All three state machines: create and edit states for order, payment and delivery in one place, including the built-in standard states.
- Colours: each state can be highlighted with one of the native Shopware status colours (neutral, in progress, done, warning, critical).
- Multilingual: state labels in de-DE, de-AT and en-GB.
Transitions, account & e-mail
- Control transitions precisely: define per state which follow-up states are allowed; staff only pick suitable transitions. Bulk changes, status history and multilingualism run via the Shopware standard mechanisms.
- Show in the account: define per state whether it is highlighted there.
- Prepare e-mail templates: create suitable templates for new states; dispatch is configured via the Flow Builder.
Safe in operation
Created states are not hard-deleted when they are already used in orders or processes. Instead they can be deactivated and are no longer offered for new status changes.
