About the Extension
Make promotion discounts visible before the cart kicks in
Automatic discounts from Shopware promotions usually only appear in the cart. Onlineschmiede Early Discount shows these discounts already on listing and detail pages, as a highlighted reduced price with a strikethrough original price. Customers see the benefit immediately, without having to add the product to the cart first. Manual maintenance of sale prices becomes unnecessary.
Automatic, correct and rule-compliant
- Percentage and absolute discounts from Shopware promotions are calculated and shown correctly.
- Rule-based discounts such as “from quantity X" are respected via cart and line-item rules.
- Strikethrough display: the original price is struck through, the reduced price highlighted.
- Consistent prices: the plugin updates calculatedPrice, calculatedCheapestPrice and calculatedPrices for a correct display in all contexts.
Fine control over the display
- Decimal places of the percentage display are configurable.
- Rounding behaviour selectable: round half up, round down or round up.
- Maximum cap for percentage discounts.
