Two marketing engines in one plugin
The Onlineschmiede Campaign Suite combines a countdown-banner engine and a modal/popup engine. Countdown banners create urgency with a live timer for time-limited promotions, sales or launches. Popups are ideal for newsletter notices, promotional announcements or important shop information, designed with Shopping Experiences without any coding.

Countdown banners
- Positions: In the header, as a sticky footer, as a popup or as a CMS element in Shopping Experiences.
- Pre-countdown before the campaign starts and a live timer with selectable units; empty units are automatically hidden.
- Text slider with rotating messages, a CTA button with a target URL and optional close on click.
- Animations: Banners displayed in overlay positions support 14 modern entry and exit effects with configurable speed.
- Styling & typography down to the smallest detail, with responsive font sizes and separate visibility settings for desktop, tablet and mobile.
Modals & popups
- Content types: Shopping Experiences (lazy-loaded via AJAX), rich text or image.
- 9 positions with configurable animation speed.
- 24 animation effects: 14 advanced overlay effects with matching opening and closing animations, plus 10 additional effects that animate the popup content area itself.
- Wide range of effects: Including Curtain Split, 3D Fold, Ring Tunnel, Magnetic Zoom, Pixel Dissolve, Film Strip, Origami Reveal, Accordion Unfold, Stacked Cards and Glass Float Reveal.
- Dynamic animation origin: Selected effects start directly from the clicked element or from the centre of the screen when opened automatically.
- Custom effect colours: Configure up to three colours per popup for surfaces, transitions and accents. Suitable default colours are used automatically when no custom colours are selected.
- Live preview: Check the animation, speed, colours, position and popup design directly in the administration. The preview can be played, stopped or displayed in a continuous loop.
- Custom popup design: Optionally adjust the background, border, radius, backdrop, blur, heading colour and body text colour.
- Triggers: Immediate, delayed, from a scroll percentage, via a URL parameter or link selector; the entire modal can optionally be clickable.
- Grouped modals are displayed sequentially.
- Reduced-motion support: The operating system’s reduced-motion preference is automatically respected.
Timing, targeting & management
- Precise timing: Start and end date, daily time windows, weekdays and days of the month.
- Targeting: Sales channels, customer groups, categories including subcategories, products, dynamic product groups and controller pages.
- Display behaviour: Always, once per session or once permanently.
- Administration: Clear banner and modal management with tab-based editing; server-side time filtering ensures that expired or future campaigns are not rendered.
