Fewer clicks in the backend – favourites and history always at hand
Anyone working in the Shopware backend every day keeps opening the same pages: the order overview, one particular regular customer, the product that needs constant attention, the Flow Builder, the shipping methods. Admin Quick Access puts a button at the top of the administration that opens a full-height side panel. It holds your favourites and the records you opened most recently, split into overview, favourites and history. The search above them covers both, plus every module, settings page and "create new" page of the shop. Compatible with Shopware 6.6 and 6.7.
What this means day to day
- Back to what you were doing: the history does not just remember "an order", it remembers order 100352 from Mustermann GmbH – with type, number or name and the time you opened it. Even the tab is kept, so "Advanced prices" and "Variants" of the same product sit there as two distinguishable entries. One click takes you back to where you were.
- Your regular destinations as favourites: add the current page with a single click, give it any name you like, attach a note and drag it into the order that suits you.
- Nothing gets lost: pin an ongoing case and it survives the automatic clean-up. The history itself is paged so it stays readable, while the search still reaches all of it.
- Search instead of click: the search covers favourites, history and every module and settings page. Typing "shipping" therefore takes you straight to the shipping methods, even if you have never opened that page before.
- Without the mouse: Alt + Q opens the panel, ⌥ Q on a Mac. The arrow keys select, Enter opens, Esc closes.
Every employee has their own quick access
Favourites, history and settings belong to the individual administration account. Your customer service colleague sees her orders, the editor sees his Shopping Experiences – nobody sees anyone else's data, and nobody has to work around someone else's favourites. Only what the logged-in user is allowed to open is ever shown; pages they lack permission for are neither recorded nor suggested.
What the history captures by its real name
Orders (number and customer), customers, products (including variant options such as "Size: M, Colour: Blue"), categories, Shopping Experiences, flows, promotions, manufacturers, shipping and payment methods, rules, sales channels, properties and reviews. Every other page appears under its module name, so overview and settings pages sit in the history properly labelled as well.
It tidies itself up
The history can be filtered by type, cleared entry by entry or all at once and, if you want, cleaned up automatically after 7, 14 or 30 days. You also decide how many entries are stored at all and how many are shown per page. Pinned entries are exempt from all of it. Anyone who would rather have no history simply switches the recording off in the panel. Those settings are per user too.
The names stay right
Whenever the panel opens, the plugin re-reads the stored records in one batched request. Order numbers and product names therefore stay correct even when someone switches the administration language or renames a record - and entries whose record has since been deleted disappear on their own instead of leading to an empty page.
