The interactive offer calculator

The Onlineschmiede Calculator turns a static product view into a hands-on quoting and selling process. As a dedicated CMS element you embed it right into your Shopping Experiences. Customers combine products and quantities interactively, compare different price tiers and generate a concrete offer from them. Ideal for quantity-based sales and B2B workflows.

Calculator in Shopping Experiences

CMS element: a dedicated calculator block for Shopping Experiences, optionally limited to defined products.
Flexible positions: multiple positions with quantity control and tier/tile logic.
Dynamic totals: position totals, total quantity and grand total are calculated live in the frontend.
Extensible price logic from several sources: standard price, list price, fixed price plus surcharges and discounts.

Create, export and order the offer

Save the offer and share it via an optional share link.
Export as PDF, for printing or as a download, depending on configuration.
Add to cart: the offer is transferred as cart line items.
Dedicated document type for calculator offers incl. optional number assignment.

Own offer management in the account

Saved offers stay usable in the account. Customers can reuse configurations later, delete them or add them to the cart again. The matching menu item is added to the account navigation automatically.

Full control in the administration

A dedicated module under Marketing provides a list and detail view of the calculators with extensive configuration for general settings, positions and products, price tiles, layout and texts, and export. Global plugin defaults define standard labels and the default visibility of buttons and price fields.
