Automatic review requests and a dedicated review page for Shopware 6
Review requests automatically reminds your customers after a purchase to review the products they bought – at the right moment and with as little effort as possible. Instead of a generic "please review" mail, the plugin controls the timing precisely, links to a dedicated, tidy review page and consistently uses native Shopware mechanisms: Flow Builder, DAL entities, mail templates and scheduled tasks. Compatible with Shopware 6.6 and 6.7.

The right moment: configurable delay
You decide exactly when the review request fires. In the plugin settings you set a delay in days and optionally whether weekends are skipped (Saturdays/Sundays then do not count towards the period). The countdown starts once the order reaches a chosen status combination – three dropdowns for order, payment and delivery status (default: delivery = "shipped", the other two "any"). If all three are "any", counting starts from the order date; 0 days sends immediately. A scheduled task runs it.
Own Flow Builder trigger
The plugin ships an own Flow Builder trigger "review request" that fires at the calculated time – instead of hanging the logic on a raw core status. A default flow is created (inactive) on install: prepare review data → send the request e-mail. Everything is ready to use and stays freely editable in the Flow Builder.
Dedicated review page – without login
- One link per order: the request e-mail links to a token-secured, public page – the customer does not need to log in.
- All products at a glance: the page lists the order's products with image, product number and price.
- Convenient star form: interactive star rating, title and text fields with live character counters, a progress bar and a submit check that mirrors the Shopware core rules (title from 5, text from 40 characters).
- Safe attribution: submitted reviews are attributed to the order's customer and created as pending – your usual approval applies.
Automatic approval
In the configuration set a minimum star rating from which new reviews are approved (published) automatically – per sales channel. With "disabled", every review keeps its manual approval.
Neutral, modern e-mails
The request e-mail uses a neutral, table-based layout that renders cleanly in Outlook & co., with a clear button to the review page. The sender/signature uses {{ salesChannel.translated.name }}, and the mail is rendered in the customer's language. All texts are standard e-mail templates and can be freely adjusted.
