The Onlineschmiede Blog adds a full blog system natively to your Shopware store, with no external systems or coding. Compose posts either with a built-in content-block editor or with the full power of Shopware Shopping Experiences. That way editorial content connects directly to your catalogue and boosts both customer loyalty and visibility.

Two post types: manual content with structured blocks, or a full CMS page as the post.
Hero image, teaser and author per post, plus a controllable publish date.
Categories and tags: a dedicated blog category tree and freely assignable tags.

Three listing layouts

The post overview offers a classic grid, a clear list and a modern masonry layout. You decide per overview whether the hero image, teaser (with adjustable maximum length), author, date and tags are shown, and the detail page is just as configurable.

Shopping Experiences & CMS elements

Ready-made CMS elements let you place a blog teaser, a post list of selected articles or the complete blog listing anywhere in your Shopping Experiences. Perfect for the homepage and landing pages.

SEO without manual work

Clean SEO URLs for posts and categories are generated automatically.
An entity indexer refreshes the URLs via “update indexes".
Posts can be released per sales channel and for specific customer groups.

New blog teaser CMS element: select a post from a list and display it with its image, teaser, date and author.

Fixed

The blog post list CMS element now respects the grid or list layout and the settings for images, teasers, authors and dates. The slider option has been removed; existing elements using it display as a grid.
Blog statistics now display daily views and the five most read posts correctly.
Opening a post no longer changes its URL unintentionally.
The related posts headline appears in the respective storefront language.
The accent color and blog content spacing take effect after recompiling the theme.
Blog URLs are also generated for sales channels and languages added later, preventing a redirect loop when opening the blog.
Uninstalling with “Remove all data” now also deletes generated blog URLs.
