About the Extension

Statistics & KPI Widgets adds real-time analytics directly into your Shopware administration. KPI cards appear right above the order list and customer list, giving you instant insight into your store's performance without leaving the page you're already working on.

Order Statistics

Track key order metrics at a glance. Choose up to 4 from 8 available KPIs:

  • Orders — Total number of orders in the selected period
  • Items Ordered — Total quantity of products sold
  • Orders Completed — Orders that reached the "done" state
  • Orders Completed In Time — Orders completed within 3 days of placement
  • Revenue — Total gross revenue
  • Average Order Value — Average gross amount per order
  • Cancelled Orders — Orders that were cancelled
  • Refunded Orders — Orders that were fully or partially refunded

Customer Statistics

Monitor customer behavior with up to 4 from 8 available KPIs:

  • New Customers — Customers who registered during the selected period
  • Returning Customers — Customers who placed more than one order
  • Active Customers — Customers who placed at least one order
  • Orders Per Customer — Average number of orders per customer
  • Average Customer Revenue — Average gross revenue per customer
  • Guest Orders — Orders placed without a customer account
  • Customer Retention Rate — Percentage of returning vs. total customers
  • Registration Conversion Rate — Percentage of registered customers who placed an order

Period Comparison

Each KPI automatically compares the selected date range with the previous period of equal length. A percentage change indicator shows whether the metric went up or down, color-coded green or red. A sparkline chart displays the daily trend for both the current and previous period side by side.

Sidebar Filter Sync

The widgets react to the sidebar filters on the order and customer list pages. Filter by sales channel, order state, payment method, or any other list filter — the KPIs update instantly to reflect only the filtered data. This lets you drill into specific segments without any extra steps.

Date Range Picker

A built-in date range picker with 9 presets (7/14/30 days, current month, previous month, 3/6/12 months, current year) and a dual-month calendar for custom range selection. Preset clicks apply immediately; manual selections require confirmation.
