Installation
The plugin can easily be installed via the Shopware Plugin Manager in Extensions -> My extensions
How to use
After installation, click the context menu button to go to its configuration where you should configure the basic plugin parameters:
- Active - activate or deactivate the plugin
- Mode - you can choose between two modes:
- Reward Points - in this mode are collected the loyalty points
- Cashback - in this mode, clients receive a partial refund in the local currency
- Earn rate - for example, if you set the value to 1, for every 1 € spent customer earn 1 point (bonus is always calculated based on the price in the default currency)
- Exchange rate - here you can set exchange rate for Bonus to default currency. for example, if you set 0.01, 1 Reward Point can be exchanged for 0.01 € (in other words, 100 Reward Points = 1 €).
After activation, the module is ready to use.
Managing bonus points in the order details
In the tab General tab in the order details you will find an additional widget Bonus System (in the section Info), where you can check how many bonus points the customer received for the order. You can also use it to check and change the status of the bonus transaction or remove bonus points by selecting the appropriate option from the context menu. If the order does not have a bonus, you can also add it manually.
Managing bonus points in the customer details
After going to customer details you will find a new tab Bonus System where you can manage bonus transactions of the selected customer.
Configuration
In addition to the basic options listed above, you can also customize, among other things the following settings:
- Icon - you can choose from 4 different icons
- Base calculation - choose whether to calculate Bonus based on the net or gross price
- Validity period - after this period (in days), Bonus will expire. Set to 0 to disable expiration
- Reduce the bonus received by the value of the bonus used - when the customer uses bonus, the bonus he receives for the order will be reduced by the value of the bonus used. In other words, the customer will receive bonus only for the amount he paid
- Select customer groups which will be able to use Bonus - leave empty to allow all customer groups
- Minimum Bonus funds to use per order - set to 0 to allow using Bonus without any restrictions
- Maximum Bonus funds to use per order - set to 0 to allow using Bonus without any restrictions
- Display Bonus with its value in the current currency (only for Reward Points mode) - activate this option to show for clients the value of Bonus funds they will receive when purchasing products. This information is displayed in the product details and in the list of items in the cart.
- Display Bonus funds in the header - activate this option to display the Bonus funds for logged customers in the header of the store. If you have selected Without menu or No, then the link to bonus transactions will be available in the menu Your account.
Important note: If you have changed the plugin configuration and do not see your changes, please go to Settings -> System -> Caches & indexes -> and click the button Clear caches
