- Migration from Shopware 5 → Shopware 6: Import existing FAQ categories, entries, images and customer questions via a wizard – with live progress, run history and rollback.
- Dashboard with statistics: Key figures for categories, entries, views and questions, a views chart (last 30 days / 6 months / 1 year) and top entries.
- View tracking – privacy‑friendly & optional: Counts page, category and entry views; disabled by default and enabled per type. No IP processing.
- Twig function faqentries(): Embed a category's FAQs anywhere (e.g. product page or CMS block) – including schema.org rich snippets.

Important for updates
Before installing updates, please create a backup of your shop or of the plugin folder. Shopware overwrites the contents of the plugin folder during an update, so individual template customizations will be lost.
General / Compatibility
We develop exclusively on the basis of a standard installation of Shopware 6 (Community Edition). We therefore cannot guarantee compatibility with third‑party or premium plugins, with plugins not included in the Community Edition, or with third‑party or individually customized themes.
Support
We offer support for all paid plugins. However, if an investigation reveals that changes have been made to our plugin or that an error is caused by another plugin, fixing the issue may be subject to a charge.
Trial version
All plugins by Pixeleyes GmbH available in the Shopware Community Store can be tested extensively for 30 days. Simply choose the rental version – it includes a one‑month trial.
