About the Extension

More than a wishlist

Building a wishlist is easy. What customers actually need is more: several lists side by side, lists they keep together with others, gift registries where nobody buys the same present twice, and order lists for everything that comes round again.

Saved purchase intent is money – if someone picks it up again. Price drop and back-in-stock notifications and eleven Flow Builder events are there for exactly that.

Gift registries that work

For a wedding or a birthday, guests see how many of an item are wished for and how many are still available. A reservation is binding: two guests can no longer take the same last present. What was taken disappears for the others – and in surprise mode the recipient is not told who brought what.

If an order is cancelled, the present becomes available again automatically. Reservations expire after a configurable period, so nothing stays blocked without reason.

Collaborative lists

Owner, editor and viewer. Invitations run over a one-time link. Roles are enforced on the server, not by hiding buttons – anyone crafting the request by hand still gets nowhere.

Order lists for recurring purchases

Keep quantities, add items by article number, import and export CSV, duplicate a list as a template and put everything into the basket at once. Items that are no longer available are reported instead of silently dropped – purchasing knows what is missing.

Guests and customer accounts

Wishlists work without a customer account. When the visitor later logs in or registers, the guest list moves into their account, products included. Lists can stay private, be shared publicly or be protected with a password.

Automation and analytics

Eleven events are available in the Flow Builder: list created, product added, product removed, list shared, present reserved, present bought, list fulfilled, guest list taken over, price dropped, back in stock and low stock. What happens next – an email, a task, a tag – is yours to decide in the Flow Builder.

The analytics view in the administration shows which lists actually lead to orders and how much turnover came from a list: the sum of the line items that came from a list, not the order total around them.

Sharing without bystanders

On a phone the system share menu opens with every installed app; otherwise copy link, WhatsApp and email remain. No third-party SDK: a share button does not need to send data to Facebook before anyone clicks it.

Update from 4.x

Existing installations keep all their data. Existing list passwords keep working unchanged; the update moves them to a secure hashing scheme.

Technical

Compatible with Shopware 6.6 and 6.7. No inline JavaScript in the templates – the extension runs under a Content Security Policy without unsafe-inline. Writing calls are POST, and share links use a 256-bit token instead of the database id.

Das Plugin tut was es verspricht, und der Service ist erstklassig. Gemeldete Fehler wurden in Rekordzeit gehoben, was ich bei den meisten anderen Plugins leider so nicht kenne.
