About the Extension

Move Terms & Revocation in Checkout


By default, Shopware places the terms & conditions checkbox and revocation notice at the top of the order confirmation page — far away from the actual order button. This plugin gives you full control over where these elements appear in the checkout flow, without requiring any coding knowledge.


Flexible positioning at a click


Choose from three positions in the plugin backend: the default position leaves everything unchanged. The "below product list" option places the terms and revocation notice directly after the cart overview, before the order summary — right where customers have already reviewed their items. The "directly above the order button" option moves the legal notices immediately before the final purchase step, ensuring maximum visibility at the decisive moment.


Optionally disable the AGB checkbox


For shops that prefer to skip the active checkbox, the plugin offers a compliant alternative: the checkbox is hidden and automatically submitted as accepted. In its place, a freely configurable notice text is shown — for example, "By ordering, you agree to our terms and conditions." The {agb} placeholder automatically inserts a correctly formatted modal link to the terms page, with no HTML knowledge required. The link opens the terms page as a popup modal directly within the checkout.


Revocation notice always visible


The revocation notice is always displayed regardless of the checkbox setting and also opens as a modal window. It is intentionally positioned above the terms checkbox — exactly as customers expect from the default layout.


Simple configuration, no code changes


All settings are managed exclusively via the Shopware backend. All labels and help texts are available in both German and English. A theme recompile after changes is sufficient — no PHP customization or database migrations required.
