About the Extension

One of the most missed features in Shopware 6. You probably know the problem yourself: Your customers visit your online store and the desired product is out of stock. Nothing is worse than leaving your customers out in the cold.

Plugin, bei dem man wirklich an alles gedacht hat!

Wir haben lange Zeit ein anderes Plugin mit einem ähnlichen Feature-Set verwendet und sind dann auf dieses hier gestoßen. Für diesen Preis wirklich super. So viele Funktionen haben wir gar nicht erwartet. Insbesondere die Übersicht über die Artikel, auf welche die Kunden warten ist super. Wir können uns nun sehr gezielt genau auf die Nachbestellung dieser Ware konzentrieren.
Es wird super von den Kunden angenommen, ist DSGVO konform und mit samt den Monitoring Features, einfach ein Must-Have. Die Entwickler haben auf Nachfragen sehr freundlich, schnell und hilfsbreit reagiert. Weiter so :)

Can the email template be customized?

We provide you with a proven template. If you do not agree with it, you can of course customize it as usual using the default settings.

Is it possible to turn off the No Restock Notification Email?

Yes, it is possible. By default this email will not be sent, only if in the plugin setting the number of days for the no restock email is set to "greater than 0".

What does the No Restock Notification feature mean?

This is more or less a "product will not be replenished after all" notification. Customers who have already registered for the notification will be notified after n-days waiting period with a separate email that the product will not be restocked. This gives the store owner the possibility to contact the customer and send him alternative products in the email. The setting to 0 only means that this function is not active.
