Configuration manual

  1. Install and activate the plugin: Extensions > My extensions > FAQ Manager Pro
  2. Create new FAQ Categories and Subcategories
  3. Create new Articles
  4. Display FAQ Page on Navigation, create new Category as FAQ page type
  5. Access the plugin configuration: Extensions > My extensions > FAQ Manager Pro > Configuration
  6. Set FAQ contact email address (if not set, it will use basic information email setting)

As a further assistance we offer you our own demo data plugin for our FAQ Manager Pro. This plugin installs some demo FAQ pages in the Shopware store and makes it easier to get started in the FAQ world.
