Liebes PAQATO-Team,

ich möchte hier einmal ein großes Lob aussprechen und meine positive Erfahrung teilen. Die innovative Paketmanagement-Lösung hat nicht nur die Effizienz unseres Unternehmens gesteigert, sondern auch die Kundenzufriedenheit deutlich verbessert.

Besonders beeindruckt haben uns die Echtzeit-Tracking-Optionen, die es uns ermöglichen, den Status unserer Pakete in Echtzeit zu verfolgen. Diese Funktion hat nicht nur zu einer erheblichen Reduzierung von Kundenanfragen geführt, sondern auch zu einer insgesamt transparenteren Lieferkette.

Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit derPlattform ist auch super. Die klare Oberfläche und die nahtlose Integration in unsere bestehenden Systeme haben die Nutzung für unser Team äußerst angenehm gemacht. Vor einigen Wochen haben wir das Shopware-Plugin installiert und sind seitdem durchweg beeindruckt. Die Installation verlief reibungslos und war schnell erledigt, was uns von Anfang an ein positives Bild vermittelte.

Funktionalität, Statistik, alles ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Es ist deutlich erkennbar, dass die Entwickler eine Menge Zeit und Mühe in die Konzeption und Entwicklung dieses Plugins investiert haben, und ihre Arbeit zahlt sich aus.

Besonders beeindruckend finden wir jedoch den Kundensupport. Das Supportteam stand jederzeit bereit, um unsere Fragen zu beantworten und uns bei eventuellen Problemen zu helfen. Der Support ist schnell, professionell und äußerst hilfsbereit.
