Popup & Banner Manager

About the Extension
Shopware shows content where visitors look for it. What the standard cannot do is show a message at the right moment. The newsletter sign-up just before someone closes the tab. The voucher code as a bar above the shop. The line "12 € to go for free shipping" inside the cart.
Popup & Banner Manager brings this into the administration. Every campaign is built from two decisions: where it appears, and what it is meant to achieve.
Six placements, ten goals
Modal, fullscreen, slide-in, header bar, floating widget and cart. Inside each one exactly one goal: information with link, newsletter sign-up, voucher code, newsletter plus voucher, custom form, contact form, lucky wheel, multi-step dialogue, shopping experience or free-shipping threshold. The editor hides combinations that do not work together and tells you why. Twelve templates prefill placement, goal, texts and colours.
Triggers, frequency, targeting
Six triggers: immediately, after a delay, on scroll depth, exit intent, after a number of clicks, on inactivity. Exit intent also fires on phones, using the swipe-up and back gestures. Frequency ranges from "always" to "once", and anyone who converted does not see the campaign again. Add page targeting, device targeting, sales channels per campaign and a schedule with start, end and weekdays. Everything else comes from the Shopware rule builder: cart value, customer group, language, shipping country, login status.
Vouchers from promotions
A code is either fixed or taken from a Shopware promotion, optionally as an individual code per recipient. With the goal newsletter plus voucher the code is sent by e-mail only after the subscription is confirmed.
Numbers that mean something
Impressions, clicks, conversions and dismissals per campaign and day. On top of that, revenue: orders are attributed to the last clicked campaign. A/B tests only declare a winner after 500 impressions per variant and 95 % significance.
Forms, submissions, Flow Builder
Form, contact and lucky wheel submissions live in the administration: filterable, exportable as CSV, visible on the customer record. Four flow events and three shipped mail templates connect all of this to the Flow Builder. The flow action "Show popup" queues a campaign for the next page view.
Operation and architecture
Activation per sales channel, texts per shop language with fallback to the system language. All logic sits in Store API routes, so a custom frontend calls the same endpoints. Twig templates carry their own blocks, storefront texts are snippets. The consent manager shows a single entry, IP addresses are stored only as a salted hash, submissions are deleted after a configurable period.
