About the Extension

Every shop has them: customers who ordered once or several times and then went quiet. Shopware knows the date of the last order but does nothing with it. Anyone who wants these customers back exports lists into a newsletter tool, sends blanket discount codes and afterwards cannot tell which order came from the campaign and which would have arrived anyway.

Several stages instead of one email
A campaign defines a sales channel, an inactivity threshold in days and, if needed, a Rule Builder rule as its segment. Below it sit as many stages as you like, each with its own delay, its own discount and its own mail template. Three are typical: a reminder without a discount, a voucher, a last chance with the expiry date in the subject line. Anyone who orders or unsubscribes leaves the campaign at once and receives no further stage.

Vouchers that belong to one customer
Each stage gets a Shopware promotion with individual codes: a percentage, a fixed amount or no discount at all, with its own validity period and a configurable code pattern. Codes are bound to the customer account: a forwarded email cannot be redeemed by somebody else, and the checkout blocks foreign codes with a message the customer understands. Shops that do not want this switch the binding off.

The voucher stays visible
After the click in the email a bar follows the customer through the shop, showing the code and the remaining validity. The product page names the reduced price, the cart the amount saved, the finish page confirms it. Nobody has to go looking for a code.

A control group instead of a claim
A configurable share of customers is deliberately left uncontacted. Only the comparison between both groups shows how much revenue the campaign really adds. The statistics split revenue by how reliable the attribution is: voucher redeemed, ordered after a click, ordered inside the attribution window only. The window is set to 30 days and can be changed. On top of that come key figures per stage and an A/B test per stage, judged by revenue per mail.

Legal basis, contact blocks, unsubscribe
Recipients can be limited to confirmed newsletter subscribers or based on the existing-customer exemption. Tags exclude customers, a contact block of 14 days prevents repeat contact, a daily limit of 200 mails caps every run. The mails carry List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post. Instead of all or nothing the customer picks one of four delivery levels, among them "only mails with a voucher" and a six-month pause.
