About the Extension

Order from offer: Place order directly for the customer

Take the work off your customers' hands and create an order from an offer directly in the administration.

This app is an extension for our app "Individual offer"


Benefit from a complete quotation workflow:

1) Customer creates a quote request for a product or you create the quote directly in Admin when your customer calls.
2) The quote request or quote appears in the Shopware administration.
3) You can decide whether you want to adjust the price or quantity of the product and release or reject the offer.
4) If everything is OK with the offer, you can convert it into an order directly in the administration.


Application examples

  • A customer creates an offer request in the shop. After you have generated an offer from this and sent it to the customer as a PDF, you receive the PDF with the order to carry out the order for the customer. You do this directly for the customer in the administration.
  • Your customer requests an offer by telephone or e-mail. After the customer confirms the offer, you directly place the order.
