Whether you need contact forms, product inquiries, quote requests, job applications, or complex configuration workflows, the Form Builder gives you complete flexibility through an intuitive drag-and-drop editor and seamless Shopware integration.

Combine 13 field types with powerful layout and content elements to create anything from simple contact forms to advanced multi-step workflows with file uploads, date pickers, and dynamic fields. Conditional logic and multi-step wizards ensure customers only see the information relevant to them, resulting in a smoother user experience and higher completion rates.
Available exactly where customers need it
Place forms anywhere in your storefront using the included CMS element – on landing pages, category pages, product pages, or custom Shopping Experiences. Alternatively, enable the dedicated Product Inquiry form type to automatically display an “Ask about this product” button on every product detail page, including all relevant product context in the submission.
Efficient submission and workflow management
All submissions are stored and managed directly within the Shopware administration. Powerful filters, full-text search, and a built-in status workflow help you stay organized and process requests efficiently. Multiple email routes with CC, BCC, and conditional routing ensure that every inquiry reaches the right team automatically. Submission data can also be exported to CSV for further analysis and reporting.
Seamlessly integrated into Shopware
The Form Builder leverages native Shopware functionality wherever possible. Validation, captcha protection, translations, themes, and Flow Builder integration are fully supported, making the extension feel like a natural part of your Shopware installation while ensuring long-term compatibility.
GDPR-compliant and headless-ready
All form data remains within your own Shopware database. No information is transferred to third-party services. Uploaded files are stored securely in configurable media folders. In addition, all features are accessible through the Store API, making the extension ideal for custom storefronts, mobile apps, and headless commerce environments.
