About the Extension

Purpose of the plugin

The Basket Cross-Selling Advanced plugin by ACRIS adds product recommendations to the cart page and offcanvas cart in Shopware 6. Accessories, complementary items and selected products can be presented directly where customers put together their order.

Flexible product selection for recommendations
Each cross-selling supports three assignment types: manual product selection, dynamic product groups or existing product cross-sellings referenced by title. This enables both fixed recommendations and recommendations based on the products in the cart.

Reuse existing product cross-sellings
Recommendations already assigned to products can also be displayed in the cart by entering their cross-selling title. The plugin checks the cross-sellings of the products in the cart and searches for the specified title across all stored languages.

Clearly present multiple recommendation groups
Multiple cross-sellings can be combined into one product selection or displayed as separate groups with a selection. Individual display names and priorities provide clear grouping and ordering.

Control where recommendations appear
Each cross-selling can be enabled for the offcanvas cart, the cart page or both. Recommendations can also be restricted to selected sales channels. If no sales channel is assigned, the cross-selling applies to all sales channels.

Adapt the display to the shop
The offcanvas cart supports a vertical display to the left of the cart, a horizontal slider or a grid without a slider. An optional wide offcanvas cart layout provides additional space. Product box dimensions, mobile navigation arrows and add-to-cart buttons can be configured to suit the desired presentation.

Exclude products already in the cart
Products already in the cart are removed from the recommendations. Duplicate products are also filtered out within each recommendation group. When cross-sellings are combined, duplicate removal applies to the entire combined product selection.

This extension is highlighted as part of the Premium Partner Program and can therefore be displayed with priority in the store.

Normalerweise verfasse ich keine Bewertungen, aber für dieses echt geile Plugin mache ich mal eine Ausnahme!
Einfach im Setup, optisch sehr ansprechende Darstellung von Cross Selling Produkten im Warenkorb. Zusammen mit dem Support konnte ich schnell eine Inkompatibilität mit einem anderen Plugin in meinem Shop lösen und seither läuft das Plugin super! 5 Sterne definitv. Vielen Dank Jungs und Mädels

Gute Erweiterung mit vielen individuelle Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten. Vor allem bei Produkten mit wichtigem Zubehör ist das Plugin eine definitive Bereicherung. Der Hersteller antwortete schnell und mein Pluginnpassung-wunsch wurde zeitnah umgesetzt. Merci!

Plugin funktioniert super und Cross-Selling ist im Shop sehr schön dargstellt. Richtig konfiguriert hilft es Kunden geschickt, weitere passende Produkte zu finden.
Mein Erweiterungsvorschlag wurde schnell umgesetzt, vielen Dank an den Support für die freundliche und kompetente Art!

Open the Plugin Manager via Extensions > My extensions
Upload, install and activate the plugin

Configure the plugin

Extensions > My extensions > Basket Cross-Selling Advanced > Configure

Cross-selling configuration

Open cross-selling configuration
Opens the cross-selling management area. Click “Add cross-selling” to create a new recommendation and configure the following settings.

Cross-selling basic settings

Internal name
Enter a name for internal administration.
Internal ID
Optionally enter an identifier for assignment in external systems.
Display name
Enter the name of the recommendation group. This is used when multiple cross-sellings are displayed separately.
Active
Activate the cross-selling.
Sales channels
Select the desired sales channels. If none are selected, the cross-selling applies to all sales channels.
Priority
Define the order. Cross-sellings with a higher priority appear first.

Display

Display on the following pages
Choose whether the cross-selling appears in the offcanvas cart, on the cart page or in both areas.

Product selection

Assignment type
Choose between manual product selection, dynamic product groups or the title of an existing cross-selling assigned in a product’s Cross-selling tab.
Products
For manual product selection, select the desired recommendation products.
Product groups
When using dynamic product groups, assign the desired groups.
Cross-selling title
For title-based assignment, enter the title of an existing product cross-selling. If a product with this cross-selling is in the cart, its assigned products are recommended. The title is searched across all stored languages.

Save the cross-selling. Then return to the plugin configuration to set up its presentation.

Offcanvas cart

Show cross selling
Enable recommendations in the offcanvas cart.
Behaviour with multiple cross sellings
Choose “Combine into one slider” or “Allow multiple sliders with selection”.
Offcanvas cart width
Choose between the Shopware standard layout and a wide layout. In the wide layout, cart items are displayed in a single line and the cart and checkout buttons remain fixed at the bottom.
Offcanvas cart slider orientation
Display recommendations vertically to the left of the offcanvas cart, horizontally below the cart button or stacked in a grid without a slider. The orientation is independent of the selected offcanvas width.
Minimum box width in the cross-selling slider (offcanvas cart)
Enter a valid CSS width value, such as 300px. Applies to horizontal and vertical slider orientations.
Minimum box height in the cross-selling slider (offcanvas cart)
Enter a valid CSS height value, such as 300px. Only applies to the vertical slider orientation.
Navigation arrows in mobile view (offcanvas cart)
Show or hide navigation arrows below a screen width of 768px, or use the theme default. This setting has no effect when recommendations are displayed without a slider.
Show "Add to Cart" button
Display the add-to-cart button for recommendation products.
Add-to-cart button layout
Display the add-to-cart button as an icon or text.

Checkout cart

Show cross selling
Enable recommendations on the cart page.
Behaviour with multiple cross sellings
