This Shopware 6 plugin enables convenient export and import of product variants including extended pricing in a clearly structured CSV format. Unlike the standard Shopware export, the plugin presents readable variant titles and all pricing information in a user-friendly way – ideal for quick price editing and data maintenance, especially across different customer groups.

Purpose

The main advantage of this plugin lies in the efficient bulk editing of variant prices. Especially for shops with multiple customer groups or differentiated pricing rules, manual maintenance via the backend is error-prone and time-consuming. Thanks to the structured CSV file, prices can be easily edited externally and then re-imported. The export includes not only article numbers but also clearly readable variant titles, significantly simplifying the workflow.

Usage

After installation, a new import/export profile becomes available in Shopware Admin > Settings > Automation. Here, you can export variants including all extended pricing. The generated CSV file can be edited using common tools (e.g., Excel). Afterwards, the updated prices are re-imported into the system.

Limitations / Notes

The plugin does not replace the default profiles but adds a specialized one
Variant prices must be maintained using the extended price features to be correctly processed
For the import to work correctly, the CSV structure must remain unchanged or be properly adjusted
Works exclusively with variant products, not with main products without variant structures

Sind sehr happy mit der Erweiterung, sollte unserer Meinung nach im Standard erhalten sein. Funktioniert sehr gut und zuverlässig und eine kurze Frage vom Support wurde freundlich und zielgenau beantwortet. würde das Plugin auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
