About the Extension

Would you like to see at a glance whether you can fulfil incoming orders with your stock? Instead of opening every order and checking the stock of its line items, this plugin shows a stock traffic light directly in the order overview of the Administration. You define the thresholds for green and orange yourself in the plugin configuration.

Features

New column "Stock" with a traffic light in the order overview
The item with the lowest available stock in the order determines the colour
Done and cancelled orders show their status instead of the traffic light
Traffic light also in the product overview next to the stock
Freely configurable thresholds for green and orange
No changes to the storefront or the order process

Meaning of the traffic light colours

GREEN: The available stock is at or above the green value (default: 26).
ORANGE: The available stock is at or above the orange value (default: 25) but below the green value.
RED: The available stock is below the orange value.

Please note: The display requires the stock levels to be maintained correctly. The thresholds apply to all sales channels.

Wenn ein Kunde nur ein Produkt kauft, ist es total nützlich, den Bestand beim Picken zu kontrollieren. Aber wenn ein Kunde 10 verschiedene Artikel kauft, steht man vor dem Rätsel, welcher Artikel denn nun gering im Bestand ist. Also muss man, wenn es blöd läuft, alle 10 Artikel anklicken, um es herauszufinden. Wenn die Ampel in den einzelnen Bestellungen bei den Artikeln angezeigt würde, wäre es perfekt

Hatten Interesse an dem Plugin und vorab eine Funktionalität angefragt ob die Ampel das darstellen kann... fix kam eine Antwort vom Support, dass eben ein Update veröffentlicht wurde, und die Funktion nun verfügbar ist. Wir sind begeistert!

Why does an order show no traffic light?

The traffic light is missing if the order contains no product line item or an ordered product has since been deleted. Done and cancelled orders show their status instead.

What is the "Traffic Light Red" value for?

Any stock below the orange value is red. "Traffic Light Red" is the lower limit and must be less than orange; if green > orange > red does not apply, the plugin uses the default values 26 / 25 / 0.

Do the thresholds apply per sales channel?

No, the values apply to all sales channels. Save them in the plugin configuration under "All Sales Channels".
