About the Extension
With the plugin "Product Credit" you create credits for individual positions and the shipping costs of an order in the administration – also for partial quantities and with a discount amount that is withheld. Credited products can be added back to the stock. The customer sees the credits in their customer account, and they appear on the credit note document.
How it works
In the order, "Credit position" opens a modal with all positions that can still be credited – products, discounts and custom positions. For each position you set the quantity, switch on "Add back to stock" and optionally enter a discount in percent or in the currency of the order. A switch also credits the shipping costs. Quantities that were already credited are deducted automatically.
Automated with the Flow Builder
The flow action "Credit Order" credits orders automatically, for example on a status change – with discount, stock booking and shipping costs. The trigger "Product Credit / Create" starts further flows, such as an email to the customer.
