About the Extension

Customers often select the same size, color or other product properties repeatedly while browsing a shop. Remember Product Filters restores suitable filter selections when a visitor returns to a category, reducing repeated clicks and helping the customer continue browsing relevant products.

By default, remembered filters are stored separately for each category. Shop owners can configure selected parent categories so that their child categories share the same preferences. For example, Men's T-shirts and Men's Jackets can reuse filter selections stored for the Men category.

Manufacturer filters can be remembered optionally. The feature can also be enabled or disabled for search result pages. Property groups that should not persist, such as material or another shop-specific property, can be excluded in the app configuration.

Remembered data is separated by sales channel and stored in the visitor's browser. No external service or customer account is required. When the customer selects Reset all filters, the remembered selection for the current category or shared category group is removed as well.

The app respects Shopware's comfort-feature cookie consent by default. Shops that are legally permitted to store these preferences without prior consent can explicitly enable Run without cookie consent. This setting is disabled by default. The shop operator remains responsible for ensuring that the selected behavior complies with its privacy policy and applicable law.

Please note: Free-shipping and price-range filters are not remembered.

Extrem schneller Support, Fehlerbehebung innerhalb weniger Stunden und selbst ein zusätzlicher Funktionswunsch wurde innerhalb weniger Tage umgesetzt.

Sehr schneller und unkomplizierter Support

Wir hatten einen Fehler bei der Anzeige gespeicherter Filter gemeldet. Dieser wurde bereits innerhalb weniger Stunden behoben und als Update bereitgestellt.

Auch ein zusätzlicher Funktionswunsch wurde extrem schnell umgesetzt. Wir hatten am Donnerstagabend kurz vor 21 Uhr angefragt, ob sich die Erweiterung für jeden Verkaufskanal einzeln aktivieren und deaktivieren lässt. Am darauffolgenden Montag war die Funktion bereits mit Version 2.2.0 verfügbar.

Der Kontakt war durchgehend freundlich, schnell und lösungsorientiert. So stellt man sich guten Support vor. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.
