About the Extension
With the help of the ESD / Digital Download Plugin for Shopware 6 you can sell digital products, which the customer can download in his customer account.
Currently you have the possibility to store a digital file in your product, or serial number(s), or both. If one of these cases applies, the product is an ESD / digital download for the system.
If a customer purchases a digital product, he can view or download it in his customer account after successful payment. If the product is free of charge, the customer can download the product directly in his customer account, regardless of the payment status.
Important:
We rely on your feedback. We want it to be the best ESD plugin for Shopware 6 - so please tell us all the feature requests you have and we will try to integrate them as soon as possible - if they make sense for everyone. Super Plugin...bester Support. Einfach fantastisch!
Aus unserer Sicht spielt neben der Funktionalität aber auch der Support eine große und wichtige Rolle, gerade wenn man mit dem Shopsystem neu anfängt und sich mit den ein oder anderen Gegebenheiten im Shop und in den Plugin Einstellungen noch nicht so gut auskennt.
Das shapeandshift Team reagiert wirklich sehr schnell auf alle Arten von Anfragen, Danke!
Das Plugin bietet für alle die zum Beispiel Ebooks verkaufen wollen, alles was man dazu braucht. Downloadartikel bei dem entsprechenden Produkt hinterlegen und fertig. Der Kunde kann das Ebook nach seinem Kauf im Konto herunterladen oder bekommt als Gastbesteller einen Dowloadlink via E-Mail. Einfacher kann das verkaufen von Ebooks nicht sein.
Ein super Lösung ist hierfür auch der Verzicht auf das Widerrufsrecht. Das kann bei Downloadartikeln sehr nützlich sein um Missbrauch vorzubeugen.
Ideen und Vorschläge werden vom Team erhört und bei Sinnahftigkeit auch wirklich umgesetzt. Das finden wir persönlich großartig. Danke.
Uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung!!!
Gut umgesetzt aber die Vererbung an Produktvarianten funktioniert leider nicht. Daher nicht passend für mich.

Super Plugin, top Support mit schneller Reaktion
Sehr gutes Produkt und super Support
Das Plugin lässt sich im Backend recht einfach bedienen und auch die Plugin CRUD-API lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Im Frontend werden nicht nur die Artikel entsprechend gekennzeichnet, es besteht beim Checkout auch die Möglichkeit den Käufer zum Verzicht auf sein Widerrufsrecht aufzufordern - je nach Produktart, ein sehr wichtiges Feature.
Das Support-Team reagiert extrem schnell auf Anfragen und ist sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent.
Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
