About the Extension
Pending work only becomes visible when somebody goes looking for it. A review has been waiting for approval for days, a merchant is waiting for their customer group to be confirmed — both stay invisible until someone asks.
This extension puts the number of pending items right on the menu entry you pass anyway. No extra dashboard, no additional menu item, nothing new to learn.
What gets counted
- Orders — open orders, pending payments or orders not yet shipped, whichever matters to you
- Reviews — everything still awaiting approval
- Customers — pending requests for a different customer group
Built for speed
Every number arrives in a single call, resolved server side as a count query without loading records. The refresh interval is configurable and can be turned off entirely.
Permissions are respected
Users without read access to orders never see the order count. Each metric is tied to the matching privilege.
