Give your customers a clear electronic way to submit withdrawal requests, and give your team a complete admin toolkit to process them. EU Withdrawal Button adds a structured revocation process to Shopware 6 and helps with the technical implementation of withdrawal requirements related to German §356a BGB and EU Directive 2023/2673.

Final legal validation always remains the merchant’s responsibility.
