Handle deletion requests from your customers efficiently and professionally. With this plugin, you don’t just delete personal data; you anonymize it specifically. The main benefit for you: your valuable sales statistics and order data remain available for analysis, while all personal references are irrevocably removed.

Two Ways for You to Anonymize
1. Directly in Your Administration
You can start the anonymization process directly within the customer detail view. After clicking the button, a safety dialog with a clear warning message appears. Especially practical: You can supplement the process with an internal note to document ticket numbers or reasons directly on the record.
2. Via Console (CLI)
For bulk processing, a powerful console command is at your disposal. Processing is resource-efficient in the background via the Shopware Messenger Task.
Flexible Anonymization Strategies
Choose the right strategy for your requirements in the plugin settings:
- Placeholder: Replacement with a fixed string (e.g., "XXXXXX").
- Random Characters: Replacement with a random sequence (e.g., "öo84zti...").
- Dummy Data: Use of fictional names (e.g., "John Doe"), which can be adjusted via a configuration file.
Seamless Integration & Full Control
- Visual Labeling: A badge and an info notification in the listing and detail view immediately show which records have already been anonymized.
- Detailed Log System: Every anonymization is logged in a revision-proof manner with the date and the executing administrator.
- Precise Configuration: Use a config file to define exactly which fields are anonymized and control the application per sales channel.
