Your customer service receives numerous messages every day from customers who have entered errors in their order details and can no longer correct them.
With the Order Editor, customers can make corrections to their orders themselves for a limited time on the order confirmation page or the "My Orders" page. You can set the time period for customers to make changes.
Orders are frozen in a new order status upon receipt in the backend and can be modified by customers during this period. Once the time has expired, the order status automatically reverts to the Shopware default so that it can be easily recorded by the interface to the ERP system.
All major online stores use a similar feature – and customers love it!
This increases customer satisfaction and reduces the workload for your customer service team at the same time!
