About the Extension

Inquiries and reports of problems can be sent to the store administrators quickly and easily with this extension.

Customers will find a button on every product detail page and in the history of all orders that can be used to send a message. A helpful feature is that customers can directly select which product or order their request relates to. For example, if they have already purchased the product, they can select which order they have a question about directly on the product detail page.

If the customer is already logged in, their email address is automatically pre-filled for the form - but even if they do not yet have a customer account, they can simply enter their email address manually.

Depending on the configuration, both the store operator and the customer receive a transcript of the request. Administrators can quickly view, sort and filter all messages as a list in the administration area. It is also possible to assign a status to each message in order to maintain an overview at all times.

The email templates and text snippets are completely customizable according to individual requirements. As an alternative to classic email dispatch, the Flow Builder can also be used to execute individual actions when the extension is triggered.

If desired, it can also be set so that only logged-in customers can submit support requests.
