About the Extension

Selling food online means declaring it. EU Regulation 1169/2011 requires nutritional values, ingredients and allergens on every product, and getting that wrong is not a cosmetic problem. This app gives you a proper place to maintain that information and a clean way to show it.

Structured fields, not a free-text box

Energy, fat, saturated fat, carbohydrates, sugar, protein and salt each get their own field on the product, so the values stay comparable and machine-readable instead of being buried in a description. You choose whether the figures refer to 100g or to one unit, and the storefront labels them accordingly.

Allergens without guesswork

Allergens are maintained as a simple yes or no per substance, which is far harder to get wrong than typing them into a text field and far easier to audit later. Origin, ingredients and any further mandatory details have their own fields as well.

Nutri-Score on the product page

Store the Nutri-Score for a product and it is displayed on the product page in the familiar A to E scale — the single piece of information many customers actually look for before they buy.

Readable on every device

The output is a clear, responsive table rather than a wall of text, so the declaration is legible on a phone as well as on a desktop. It follows your theme, so nothing looks bolted on.

Built for German food law, and open to more

The fields are modelled on the German implementation of EU food information law, so the obligatory declarations can all be provided. If your market needs a field we have not covered, tell us and we will look at adding it.

This is a cloud app: it runs on our infrastructure and works on Shopware Cloud as well as self-hosted shops.
