A sold-out product is not a lost sale unless you let the customer leave without a way back. Back in Stock Notification puts a short email form on every unavailable product, and brings that customer back the moment it can be bought again.
Turn "out of stock" into a waiting list
Instead of an empty page and a dead end, the product shows a field where the customer leaves their email address. When the stock returns, the notification goes out automatically — no list to maintain, no reminder to set, nothing for your team to remember.
The email links straight back to the product
Every notification carries the link to the exact article the customer asked about, in the language and sales channel they used. They land on the product page ready to buy rather than on a homepage they have to search from. These are the warmest visitors your shop gets: they already chose the product and told you so.
Ask for the quantity, not just the interest
Customers can state how many pieces they need. That tells you which restocks are worth prioritising and how much of a product is already spoken for before it arrives, which is useful long before the notifications are sent.
Every request is a permitted contact
Each sign-up is an email address given to you voluntarily, for a stated purpose, by someone with a demonstrated interest in a specific product. Handled correctly, that is a considerably better basis for later campaigns and newsletters than a bought list.
Fits your storefront and your workflow
The form on the product detail page is configurable, so it matches your theme instead of standing out as a bolt-on, and you can send from your own address so the email looks like it comes from your shop. In the administration you see every request with its product, sales channel, quantity and status — pending, notified or failed — so it is obvious whether the mails are actually arriving.
This is a cloud app: it runs on our infrastructure and works with Shopware Cloud as well as self-hosted shops.

Gut, aber
Leider hat das Plugin leider nur zwei Mal funktioniert - Support antwortet jeweils nach 4 Tagen in Schnitt
Leider hat ich der Support mit jeder Antwort das Maximum an Zeit gelassen. Das Plugin ist für uns (nachdem wir in der Supportzeit mindestens 100 Mails per Hand an die Kunden geschickt haben) und sich die Störung nun seit einem Monat hinzieht nicht mehr tragbar.
Tolles Plugin - Sollte in keinem Shop fehlen!
Zum Glück "erbarmen" sich einige fleißige Entwickler und bieten die Möglichkeit, solch wichtige Funktionen nachzurüsten. Vielen Dank an den Entwickler, tolle Arbeit.
Das Plugin funktioniert und macht, was es soll. Der Support ist nett und hilfsbereit. Eine ausführliche Dokumentation braucht man nicht, ist eigentlich alles selbsterklärend.

Nützliches Plugin und hervorragender Service!
Schade, dass Shopware der Meinung ist, das wichtige "Basis-Funktionen" eines modernen Shopsystems nicht mehr benötigt würden und vieles, was in der 5er-Version gut und nützlich war, einfach rausgeschmissen hat. So ist man auf die Entwickler-Arbeit von Drittanbietern angewiesen.
Nun, zum Glück gibt es hier einige Anbieter, die sich der Thematik annehmen und wie in diesem Fall, hervorragende Arbeit leisten.
Es gab bei der Einrichtung einige Schwierigkeiten, welche mit Hilfe des Entwicklers superschnell gelöst wurden. Wir bekamen an einem Sonntag, ja wirklich am Sonntag, Hilfe und das Problem wurde noch am selben Tag mit einem Update behoben.
Ich meine, das ist Kundenservice 1. Klasse und verdient ein großes Lob an dieser Stelle.
Einige andere Entwickler sind bei weitem nicht auf diesem Niveau was den Kundenservice betrifft. Teilweise warte ich schon mehrere Wochen auf eine Antwort und werde wohl auch weiter warten müssen.
Mein Fazit: Ein tolles, nützliches Plugin und hervorragender Service. Weiter so!
