About the Extension

"I never received an order confirmation." It is one of the most common messages support gets, and until now the answer involved a developer, a console, or an apologetic workaround. This plugin turns it into two clicks in the order.

Resend from where you already are

The order detail page gets a Resend section. Choose the email template, add a comment if it helps, send. No console command, no database access, no ticket to the agency — anyone who handles orders can do it, which is exactly who is being asked.

The original order, not a reconstruction

The email is generated from the order's own data and line items, so the customer receives the real confirmation with the correct positions, prices and addresses. It is the same document they should have had in the first place, not an approximation typed out by hand.

A comment that makes it personal

You can add an individual message to the resent email and decide where in the template it appears. That turns an administrative resend into a piece of service: explain a delay, confirm a change the customer requested on the phone, or simply say that this is the copy they asked for.

Useful when the order changed

Orders get adjusted — a position removed, a quantity corrected, an address fixed. Resending the confirmation with a short note is the clearest way to tell a customer what their order now looks like, in a format they can keep and refer back to.

Fewer support loops

Most "where is my confirmation" conversations end after one reply if the confirmation simply arrives again. The ones that do not end there tell you something more useful: that your mails are not being delivered at all, which is a different problem and worth finding out about early.

Diese nützliche Erweiterung weiss man immer dann zu schätzen, wenn mit dem Versand der Bestellbestätigung etwas nicht geklappt hat oder wenn sich Bestellungen inhaltlich geändert haben. Der Support ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Bei einem Konflikt mit einer anderen Erweiterung wurde solange gesucht, bis die Ursache für den Konflikt gefunden war und der Fehler sogleich behoben. Top!

Unsere Kunden ändern oft im Nachhinein ihre Bestellung, was bedingt, dass wir eine neue AB versenden möchten, was Shopware aber nicht ermöglicht..

Dieses kleine aber feine Plugin macht genau das. Perfekt.
