About the Extension

"Why can this customer not pay by invoice?" is one of the most expensive questions in a Shopware shop. Answering it normally means reading rule conditions by hand, guessing which one bites, and changing something to see what happens. This extension answers it in seconds, without touching your configuration.

See which rule blocks what

Pick a context and the debugger lists every payment method, shipping method and promotion, each marked available or not — and for the unavailable ones, the rule that blocked it. No more reading through nested conditions trying to work out which branch failed.

Simulate any customer, or use a real one

Set a shipping and billing country, a postcode, a cart value and a customer group, and see the result for that combination. Or select an existing customer and reproduce exactly the conditions they are hitting — which is usually faster than asking them for screenshots.

Compare two contexts side by side

The hard cases are the ones where it works for one customer and not another. Compare mode runs two contexts at once and labels every result "Only A", "Only B" or "Both", so the difference is visible rather than deduced.

Find out what changed, and who changed it

When something worked last week and does not today, the change history shows modifications to rules, payment methods, shipping methods and promotions with before and after values, and who made them. That turns a debugging session into a lookup.

Share the answer

Export a result as JSON or CSV for a ticket or a report, or generate a secure, time-limited share link so a colleague, an agency or our support can see exactly what you are seeing — without giving anyone an admin account.
