About the Extension
The Improved Admin Panel makes everyday work in the Shopware administration faster and clearer: more meaningful columns, useful filters, a variant listing right inside the grid and freely customisable CSS/JavaScript – no coding required.
Product list
- Additional, individually toggleable columns: EAN, tags, free shipping, minimum/maximum purchase, width, height, length, weight, meta title, meta description and keywords.
- Product properties and custom fields as columns – fully configurable.
- Powerful sidebar filters: dimensions, minimum purchase and rating as from-to ranges, EAN and manufacturer number as text filters, free shipping/topseller/clearance as yes-no filters, plus “present/not present” for SEO meta title and meta description.
- Property filter: choose from all property options, grouped by property group (e.g. “Colour: white”) – shows only products that have the selected property.
- “Show variants”: instead of only the main product, all variants are listed as individual rows – including the variation label and compatible with search and filters.
Order list
- Additional columns: payment method (incl. logo, if configured), shipping method, invoice number and “invoice created” (yes/no).
- Status-dependent row colours: completed green, cancelled red, in progress blue – recognisable at a glance.
- Available stock highlighted in colour in the order line items.
- Product number shown before the product name, e.g. when creating and editing orders.
Storefront preview
A “View in storefront” button on product and category pages opens the storefront representation in a new tab. If there are several sales channel domains, a selection appears so the correct domain is used – with a single domain one click is enough.
Custom CSS & JavaScript
Add your own CSS and JavaScript separately for order, product and category pages. Show/hide tabs, highlight them, adjust card widths or fix cut-off content – flexibly and without touching the core. Empty spacer columns in the grids are removed automatically.
