Nicht ganz so intuitiv, wie gedacht

Nachdem die Ansicht nicht wirklich intuitiv war, mussten wir die Erweiterung wieder deaktivieren. Leider hatten wir die Kauflizenz bereits erworben (keine vier Wochen her), von Kulanz war an der Stelle nichts zu spüren.

Sehr geehrte Stephanie,
nach der zweimaligen Verlängerung der Testphase des Plugins für ihr Unternehmen (in der die "nicht wirklich intuitive Ansicht" Ihnen nicht aufgefallen zu sein scheint) haben wir nach dem Kauf seitens Shopware keine Anfrage bzgl. Rückabwicklung des Kaufes erhalten.
So können wir diesen Wunsch leider auch nicht erfüllen - da es hier Vorgaben seites Shopware für Pluginhersteller gibt!
