Custom Chart Builder

Select a data source (orders, customers, products, or line items), pick your metric (count, sum, or average), choose from six chart types, and add filters. The chart updates in real time as you configure it. Save it to your dashboard or add it to a report.

This is not a collection of pre-built reports. This is a builder. You create exactly the charts you need — even the ones nobody anticipated when the plugin was developed.

Flexible Filter System

Add conditions to any chart: "Show me orders where the payment method is PayPal AND the country is Germany." Combine multiple filters to drill into exactly the data slice you need.

Supported operators include equals, not equals, contains, greater than, less than, between, is set, and is not set — adapted to each field type. Filter by payment method, shipping method, sales channel, country, customer group, order state, product category, manufacturer, and more.

Data Breakdowns

Split any metric by a property to understand what is driving your numbers. Break down revenue by country, orders by payment method, or customer registrations by sales channel. One click turns a single trend line into a multi-series comparison.

Customizable Dashboard

Pin charts to the Shopware dashboard directly from any chart, or use the built-in chart picker to add multiple charts at once. Drag to reorder, resize each chart individually with drag handles, and switch between 1–4 column layouts. Every admin user gets their own saved layout, so each team member sees what matters most to them.

Reports & PDF Export

Group charts into reports for specific topics — a monthly revenue overview, a product performance summary, or an operations status page. Each report has its own resizable grid layout (1–4 columns) with per-chart column spans.

Export any report as a PDF directly from the admin with one click. Charts are automatically optimized with proper page breaks, preserved colors, and clean layouts — ready for your next team meeting or stakeholder update.

• Line Chart — Track trends over time: revenue per day, orders per week, registrations per month

How It Works

1. Pick Your Data — Select from orders, customers, products, or line items. Choose a metric: count, sum, or average.
