Provide your product images on article detail pages with a watermark or your shop logo - automatic, easy and secure.
Using watermarks you are able to:
protect your product images from unauthorized use by competitors
leave a professional impression with your customers
allow customers to quickly save images of their favorite products for private use, still remembering you and your store.
Easy handling, no laborious work necessary
With the help of our app you can configure your desired watermark in just one simple step. Your product images will then automatically be displayed with your watermark in the shop. You do not have to regenerate any images.
Original images are retained for you in the backend
Your original images will remain unchanged and available to you in the backend at any time. You can also add or replace product images at any time.All pictures will be provided with watermarks
In
the shop frontend the images are exclusively delivered containing the
watermark. For performance reasons, this only affects the "original sizes" of the image as displayed on the product detail page . Thumbnails will not be watermarked.
Watermarks without sacrificing performance
The images will be watermarked the first time you access the item detail page. To avoid performance penalties, the watermarked copies are stored on the server. Repeated calls will deliver these saved pictures, and therefore will be almost as fast as the Shopware default delivery time without watermarks.
Prevent image theft
The URLs of your original images can not be guessed throughout the Shopware frontend. We use the same standard for cached images that Shopware uses for images without watermarks. A large variety of articles and pictures are not a problem. Also, via the fallback URL of the Shopware Media Service, only the image with watermark will be delivered after the generation. Therefore, using our app, even professional image thieves with Shopware knowledge will lose against your protection.
