The Popup - ultra flexible PopupLightbox for image and text content of all kinds with newsletter subscription and contact form feature - also usable as Exit Intend Plugin!


We all know the problem: How do you manage to give the visitor of your own online store an important hint, which he must not overlook under any circumstances? How do you make sure that everyone really notices the important announcement? What do you do when it's Black Friday again and you want to show your customers a discount promotion, introduce a new product, or close your store for a few days for vacation? Correct: you display a popup via lightbox on the first visit to your website. We have implemented this elegant method for the store owner as simply and intuitively as possible with the greatest possible flexibility. For the customer shows an elegant popup for the admin offer many design options without being confusing:THE popup offers the following options:


  • Timed display of a popup with start and end date and time.
  • Image area and content area individually adjustable.
  • Size of popup, image area and content area adjustable.
  • Content area can be filled via WYSIWYG editor (HTML possible)
  • Background color of overlay, popup background as well as content area separately adjustable.
  • Background image via Shopware Media Manager embeddable.
  • Position and size of the image and the content area individually adjustable - this results in many combination possibilities.
  • Session or cookie based setting how often the plugin should be (re)shown.
  • "Cookielifetime" settable: controls when THE popup is shown again to a returning visitor?
  • Opening effect adjustable / Fade In / Bounce In / Jack in the Box...

Wir wollten mit einem Plugin mit Exit Intend Newsletterempfänger generieren und auch manchmal auf Aktionen hinweisen. Beides kann man mit dem Plugin gut machen.

Hat nie funktioniert. Anfrage an den Entwickler endete mit der Aussage, daß es schwierig sei und komplex. Mehr ist nicht passiert, trotz Nachfrage.

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback – auch wenn es uns nach über zwei Jahren natürlich enttäuscht, dass es nun in einer negativen Bewertung mündet.

Grundsätzlich möchten wir anmerken, dass es in einem offenen System wie Shopware technisch schlicht nicht möglich ist, ein Plugin zu entwickeln, das in jeder individuellen Shop-Konfiguration fehlerfrei funktioniert. Gerade bei individuell angepassten Themes kann es zu unvorhersehbaren Wechselwirkungen kommen, die außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs liegen.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass der Support in Ihrem Fall nicht zufriedenstellend verlaufen ist – das nehmen wir ernst und werden das aufarbeiten.

Trotz der Kritik danken wir Ihnen und nehmen Ihr Feedback zum Anlass, weiterhin an Verbesserungen zu arbeiten – auch wenn leider nicht jede Ausnahme vorab lösbar ist.

Super Popup-Plugin mit coolen Animationseffekten und vielen Anpassungsmöglichkeiten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall der Support. Eine Kleinigkeit funktionierte bei unserem Szenario anfangs nicht. Nachdem wir den Support kontaktiert haben, konnten wir bereits am darauffolgenden Tag ein Update im Shopware Store downloaden. Besser geht´s nicht. 5 Sterne.
