About the Extension

Oracle NetSuite – ERP Integration for Shopware

The Oracle NetSuite Integration for Shopware connects your Shopware store with NetSuite and keeps products, prices, inventory, customers, orders and order status up to date.

The connection uses SuiteTalk REST Web Services with OAuth 2.0 on the NetSuite side and the Shopware Admin API. Depending on the project, Shopware Nexus is used as the central integration layer for mapping and validation.

Products, prices and inventory from NetSuite

You maintain your items, variants and kit items in NetSuite and transfer them to the Shopware catalog. Product data such as SKU, description, tax class and weight comes from one central source and stays consistent.

Inventory levels and prices are transferred from NetSuite to Shopware regularly. Your customers see available quantities in the store, and you reduce the risk of overselling.

Transfer Shopware orders directly to NetSuite

Orders from Shopware are transferred to NetSuite as sales orders, including billing and shipping addresses, payment method, shipping method and order lines. Fulfillment and billing then start in NetSuite.

This reduces manual order entry and keeps your order processing in one system.

Order and fulfillment status in Shopware

When an order is fulfilled or invoiced in NetSuite, the status is transferred back to Shopware. Depending on your configuration, tracking information is also made available to your customers.

Customers and B2B structures

Customers, addresses and company accounts can be synchronized between Shopware and NetSuite. Customer categories from NetSuite can be used in Shopware for B2B processes, depending on your configuration.

Flexible integration architecture

NetSuite is connected via SuiteTalk REST Web Services, the interface Oracle recommends for new integrations. Shopware Nexus can be used as the central layer for mapping, validation and monitoring, if required for your system landscape.

Data is transferred event-based or on a schedule, depending on the project configuration. The integration supports Shopware standard fields and custom fields; the scope is defined per project.
