Self pickup that finally looks right at checkout.

Do your customers collect their goods directly from you – in your store, at a collection point or via click & collect? Then you know the gap in the standard checkout: it shows the ordering customer’s shipping address, even though the goods never go there. That looks inconsistent and triggers support questions. Self Pickup closes exactly this gap – clearly, correctly and without a single line of code.

Defined in the settings, instantly visible at checkout. In the plugin configuration, you simply mark the shipping methods that should count as pickup. When a customer selects such a method, your shop automatically shows the pickup address you configured – for instance the one of your store or collection point. It is sourced from a pickup customer you define, whose default delivery address becomes the pickup address. Your customers immediately know where their order is waiting for them.

Tax that matches the pickup location. When needed, you switch the tax calculation so it follows the pickup location’s country instead of the ordering customer’s country. For cross-border pickup, this puts the correct amounts in the checkout. Address display and tax calculation are enabled independently – you combine exactly what fits your process.

Cleanly documented all the way to the invoice. The pickup address is stored permanently on the order. It is therefore visible not only at checkout, but also in the order overview in the admin and on all generated documents such as invoice and delivery note. Even when you recalculate an existing order, a manually adjusted address is preserved – nothing gets overwritten by accident.

Per sales channel, exactly as you need it. Whether address display or tax calculation: every setting can be configured per sales channel. This lets you activate self pickup precisely where you offer it and leave other channels untouched. Setup is pure configuration and done in just a few minutes.
