Not every product needs a fixed price – especially in the B2B sector, where consultation-intensive or customized offers require flexibility. This is exactly where our “Price on Request” plugin comes in – the proven solution from Shopware 5, now even more powerful for Shopware 6.
With the plugin, you control how prices are displayed in your shop: replace the price with a request form or supplement it with a button for individual quote inquiries – ideal for products requiring consultation or special terms.
New:
- Direct customers to other sales channels or activate a catalog mode where prices are completely hidden – perfect for showcasing exclusive collections or B2B offers in style.
- Freely choose which shop or CMS page the request button should open, guiding customers directly to the most relevant information or forms.
- Create and embed custom forms flexibly via Shopping Experiences, allowing you to design the customer journey and make the inquiry experience perfectly tailored to your shop.
- Send fully customized emails via the Flow Builder, automatically triggered whenever a price request is submitted – personalized and professional.
- Automatically assign the request form to all products with a price of 0 – saving time and effort, as no manual configuration per product is required.
All inquiries are processed in compliance with GDPR via the Shopware contact form and delivered directly to your inbox. Optionally, you can integrate your own forms via Shopping Experiences and trigger fully customized email workflows through the Flow Builder.
The “Price on Request” configuration is simple – it can be activated per product, variant, or category, all without any programming.
Instead of losing anonymous visitors, “Price on Request” helps you gain qualified leads and initiate personal sales conversations. This way, you turn interest into revenue – tailored, consultative, and customer-focused.
New: Request a sample
Customers request a sample for sample-capable products through their own form instead of ordering it directly. You decide per product whether ordering, requesting or both is possible. The sample request has its own form page, its own Flow Builder trigger and its own email template; the price request stays untouched.
Requirements: This feature additionally needs our “Sample order” plugin (SwpSampleOrderSix), which provides the sample-capable products, and the in-app purchase “Request a sample”, which you unlock directly in the plugin configuration. Without both, your shop stays unchanged and every other feature of “Price on Request” works independently.

Top! Übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen.
Wenn es jetzt noch möglich wäre, ein Paar zusätzliche auch gerne vordefinierte Formularfelder per Konfiguration ein-/auszublenden (z.B. Firma, Adresse, Land) - wäre es perfekt!

Funktioniert
Wir haben mit Hilfe von dem kostenlosen Plugin "Custom Template Manager " auch noch das Kontaktformular angepasst um ein paar zusätzliche Felder einzufügen.
Schönes Plugin und freundlicher Support
Auch der Support antwortet zeitnah und ist freundlich. Im Prinzip so wie man es sich vorstellt.
Hätte noch 2 kleinere Anmerkungen / Wünsche an das Plugin:
1.) Wenn auf einen 2. Verkaufskanal verlinkt wird wäre es gut man könnte direkt auf's Produkt dort verlinken, damit der Kunde nicht erneut nach dem Artikel suchen muss.
2.) Es sollte im o.g. Falle der Verlinkung auch möglich sein den Preis stehen zu lassen, denn in dem Fall darf der Preis ja angezeigt werden. Derzeit lässt sich dies so (noch) nicht konfigurieren.
