Hello Chat for GREYHOUND CRM is a professional plugin to integrate live chat solution available to customers of GREYHOUND CRM customer service software. By integrating 1:1 communication, shop visitors can contact customer service directly via a chat widget. All inquiries, regardless of which language or sub-shop, are brought together in the central GREYHOUND CRM customer service platform and can be answered there by the entire team. The customizable chat widget makes it possible to design the live chat according to your own specifications. Text and color adjustments can be easily designed and changed via the plugin configuration in the shopware backend. The plugin is client-capable and can be used indefinitely for all language and sub-shops.
