Strengthen customer loyalty to your shop by using another communication channel. Customers can easily subscribe to push notifications and, as the shop operator, offer you the opportunity to send messages to your customers, which the browser automatically displays as small message windows on the screen. Use push notifications to inform your customers about discount campaigns, new blog posts or other interesting news.

The Push Notifications (OneSignal) plugin integrates the OneSignal push notification system for the main shop, subshops and language shops. Relevant user information from the shop system is provided for push notifications. For example, segments can be created in the OneSignal Dashboard by filtering user properties in order to send messages to specific user groups. The colors and texts of the login dialogs for the push notifications can be adjusted for each shop by configuring the plugin.

Please note that the OneSignal implementation of our plugin requires full support of the HTTPS protocol by your shop!
