Creating added value & simplifying purchase decisions
According to a 2017 Bitkom study, 65 percent of respondents read product reviews before deciding on a product. With product reviews, you can offer additional value to your customers. Reviews provide more product information, enable better purchasing decisions, and help to reduce returns.
Additional value for Google and more attention in search results
Shopware uses so-called "rich snippets" to output product reviews in a structured way so that Google can index and "understand" them. This can result in rating stars being displayed in your shop's organic search results, making your products more eye-catching and attractive.
Cut a fine figure – also on mobile devices
With our plugin, customers can easily rate all their purchased products on a single page. The review page works smoothly whether using a smartphone or a desktop computer with a 4K monitor. The customer selects the desired rating with one click, types their comment, and then proceeds to the next product in their order.
Simply collect reviews
After the goods have been delivered, you define how long the system should wait before sending the product review invitation to the customer. You can exclude customers who experienced problems with their order. This way, you can continuously collect ratings with minimal effort. All you have to do is periodically check the newly received comments.

Hatte ein kleines Problem mit der Positionierung der Bewertungsterne nach dem Shopware Upgrade auf 6.7.01. Themeware wird ihr Theme dahingehend anpassen. Bis dahin hat mir Themeware ein Script samt Anleitung übermittelt und die Positionierung funktionrt einwandfrei genaus so, wie ich es wollte. Und dies in kürzerster Zeit. Danke dafür.

Mit dem Tanmar Plugin "Kundenfreundliche verifizierte Artikel Bewertungen" konnten wir in kurzer Zeit Hunderte verifizierte (positive) Produktbewertungen sammeln, die wir mit einem weiteren PlugIn (Produktbewertungen für Google Shopping/Ottscho IT) ins Google Merchant Center exportieren und die in Google Shopping angezeigt werden. Dieses PlugIn ist ein Muss für jeden Shopware Store, der seine Produkte auf Google Shopping listet.
Der Support des Entwicklers ist auch über den Feierabend hinaus super. So wurde uns auch bei einem Problem geholfen, welches nicht im PlugIn begründet liegt. Herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Arbeit!

I have adopted their review plugin for Shopware 6 and it is working perfect. Also received great support during configuration. Recommended for those who want to manage product reviews on their own and save several thousand Euros spend for 3rd party providers. If I can manage to connect it also to google merchant it would be perfect.

Wir hatten bei dem Plugin Probleme bei der Kompatibilität mit einem für uns wichtigen Drittanbieterplugin gehabt, die der Support innerhalb von nicht mal 48 Stunden "bereinigen" konnte. Das Plugin ist auch ohne Konfigurationsanleitung (welche vorhanden ist), schnell und einfach eingerichtet. Über das E-Mail Template lassen sich dann wie gewohnt Individualisierungen vornehmen. Das Plugin gehört zur Grundausstattung jedes Onlineshops!

Das Plugin macht seinen Job sehr gut, man hat viele Möglichkeiten der Konfiguration, um den Versand, die Bewertung an sich und den abschließenden Gutschein-Versand optimal einrichten zu können. Der Support ist sehr freundlich und engagiert und hat selbst für unser außergewöhnliches Problem in Verbindung mit einem ganz anderen Plugin eine Lösung gefunden. Wir können die Kunden dazu bewegen, fast täglich neue Bewertungen im Shop zu verfassen und somit ist die Erweiterung auch jeden Cent für uns wert.

Das Plugin ist echt Klasse. Macht einfach alles genau so wie es sein soll.
Besonders erwähnenswert: Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit der Konfiguration. Das lag aber weniger am Plugin, sondern eher an mir. Ich habe den Support kontaktiert und nach noch nicht einmal einer Stunde war das Problem vom Tisch.

Ich hatte Anfangs ein paar Schwierigkeiten das Plugin zum laufen zu bringen. Der Support hat sich der Sache sofort angenommen und mit mir zusammen eine Lösung gefunden.
Jetzt läuft das Plugin ohne Probleme. Perfekt um die Bewertungen im eigenen Online-Shop anzukurbeln!
