Der E-Zigaretten Dampfer Online Shop von www.e-zigarette24.com möchte sich bei dem Service und Support beim Tc-Innovations Team bedanken. Wir fragten uns zuvor immer, für das wir eine Test-Umgebung wohl brauchen! Nachdem wir den Shop 3 mal hintereinander neu aufsetzten mussten war es uns klar. Dieses Plugin löst alle Probleme die man vorher hatte und man kann alles (Updates, Templateanpassungen & sonstige Änderungen) vorher in den verschiedenen Testumgebungen ausprobieren. Jeder Cent dieser Investition ist und war es Wert.

Kein anderes Plugin ist für uns wichtiger als dieses. Es ist geradezu eine Voraussetzung für den Betrieb aller anderen Plugins. Denn die lassen sich nun, wie natürlich auch alle Designanpassungen, in einer tadellos funktionierenden und rasant schnellen Testumgebung auf Herz und Nieren prüfen. Zu oft hatten wir zuvor erlebt, dass schlampig programmierte Plugins den Liveshop zum Erliegen gebracht haben. Davor sind wir dank Staging Testumgebung nun geschützt. Wir sparen Nerven, Zeit und Geld, weil wir nach dem Test nur noch Plugins kaufen, die in der Testumgebung reibungslos funktioniert haben.

Wie immer bei TC Innovations ist der Support von unschlagbarer Qualität. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Installation und haben noch am Abend gegen 21:30 eine Rückmeldung vom Support erhalten, und das am Vorabend eines Feiertages.

Installation ging leicht von der Hand. Der Support ist super und kann nur hervorgehoben werden. Einzig die Umstellung von der Testversion auf die Kaufversion war ein bisschen hakelig, aber das Problem ist eigentlich ein Shopware Problem. Wie die Rückspielung eines Backups funktioniert, wird sich noch herausstellen. Im Zweifelsfall ist die Hotline einen Anruf entfernt. Und diese hilft prompt und kompetent. Eines der wichtigsten Tools in unserem Shop

Das Plugin lässt einen mit wenigen Klicks Staging-Umgebungen und Backups anlegen. So kann man in einer gespiegelten Umgebung sicher ein Update oder ein Plugin testen, ohne sich Sorgen machen zu müssen, dass der Live-Shop davon betroffen ist. Die Einstellmöglichkeiten sind sinnvoll und weitgehend selbsterklärend. Dazu gibt es noch eine umfangreiche Dokumentation.

Sollte doch mal etwas nicht funktionieren, ist der Support schnell zur Stelle und behebt die Probleme zügig. Zudem finden Problembehebungen zeitnah ihren Weg in das nächste Update.

Einzig funktionierendes Staging/Backup Plugin

Wir haben alle Staging/Backup Plugins die es im Shopware Shop zu finden geht durchprobiert.
An sich funktionieren zwar alle, manche komfortabler als andere, aber alle bis auf dieses hier haben Probleme mit Timeouts und einer großen Anzahl an Dateien und Ordnern.
Wenn man da nicht mindestens /media ausschließt, funktioniert es einfach nicht und dann kann man wiederum nicht sinnvoll testen.

PHP Einstellungen waren eigentlich immer großzügig gewählt (memory_limit 1024M, max_execution_time 600). Selbst der Einrichtungsservice eines anderen Anbieters gab auf, weil es nicht funktioniert.

Bei diesem Plugin geht alles wie angepriesen, außerdem hat es eine einfach zu bedienende GUI, htaccess Passwortschutz wird komfortabel über die Plugin Einstellung festgelegt, Kundendaten werden auf Wunsch maskiert, etc.

Super Plugin und wie auch immer die Sicherung genau programmiert ist, es funktioniert wunderbar und selbst mit schwierigen und/oder großen Shops!

Man muss nicht viel schreiben, um auszudrücken was das Plugin macht.
Einfache Installation und Einstellung dank Beschreibung und Hilfestellung auch für Shopanfänger.
• 1 Klick die Staging Umgebung steht
• 1 Klick Backup
was will man mehr.
So kann man Shop- und Plugin-Updates gefahrlos testen, und vieles mehr.
Für mich ein MUST HAVE für jeden Shopbetreiber
Ein großes Lob für den sehr schnellen Support, freundliche, kompetente und lösungsorientierte Antworten.

Genau das habe ich gesucht! Die Einrichtung war sehr einfach, es wird alles erklärt was zu tun ist. Ich konnte in sehr kurzer Zeit die Testumgebung einrichten und somit sofort ausprobieren ob ich schon auf die aktuellste Shopware Version umsteigen kann. Der Versuch ein Backup zu erstellen inklusive Datenbank war sehr schnell erledigt und es besteht die Möglichkeit die Files herunterzuladen.

Zum Support kann ich noch nichts sagen aber ich verwende bereits andere Plugins vom selben Entwickler und da ist der Support sehr gut.

Ich kann dieses Plugin empfehlen, die Kosten sind nicht ohne aber auf Dauer spart man sich so viel Zeit, das die Summe in Ordnung ist. Man sollte nie vergessen, das auch die eigene Leistung/Zeit seinen Wert hat.
