About the Extension

More revenue per order with one simple notice

Extra costs such as shipping are one of the most common reasons for abandoned carts: according to a Baymard Institute survey (US, 2024), almost half of online shoppers have abandoned a purchase because extra costs were too high. Yet many customers don't realize they are just a few euros away from free shipping, so they order just below the threshold or not at all.

How it works

In the off-canvas cart and on the cart page, your customers see right away where they stand. Below the threshold, the notice shows the remaining amount until free shipping, formatted in the customer's currency, for example "Only €12.50 left for free shipping!". Once the threshold is reached, a success message confirms: "Your order ships for free!"

The calculation uses the actual cart value, so discounts and promotions are taken into account and the notice stays accurate even when a voucher is applied.

Doesn't slow down your shop

The extension loads no additional scripts or styles and runs no additional database queries, so your shop's load time and performance stay unchanged. It uses Shopware's standard alert components, so the notice automatically adopts the look of your theme.

Where does the free shipping threshold come from?

You enter the threshold in the plugin configuration, separately for each sales channel if needed. Please make sure it matches the shipping cost settings of your shipping methods.

Are discounts and promotions taken into account?

Yes. The notice uses the cart value including discount and promotion line items, so the remaining amount stays accurate when a voucher is applied. Promotions that set shipping costs to zero are not detected.

Does it work with multiple currencies?

The remaining amount is displayed in the customer's currency. The threshold itself is a fixed value per sales channel and is not converted automatically between currencies.

Will it work with my theme?

The extension uses Shopware's standard cart blocks and alert components and adopts your theme's styling. If your theme completely replaces the cart templates, please test it during the free trial month.
