Seems good, but apparently limited functionality

The plugin seem to work, but is difficult to configure due to apparently poor English translation, and limited settings. For example one should be able to include/exclude gift wrapping on a per-product basis. Also we do not see how to configure the gift wrapping in terms of packing design etc. And the price of the wrapping doesn't seem to be added to the cart.

Dear Mr. Tollefsen,

We thank you for your review. We tried to reproduce your findings within our test systems. Our plugin works as intended in terms of configuring gift wrappings and adding those to the shopping cart.

Currently there exists no option to configure, whether a product may be wrapped as a gift or not. We already added this requirement to our development backlog, a respective feature will be released within one of our future plugin versions.

In terms of english translation we verified, that for all German text snippets an English translation exists. Nevertheless there might be room for improvement in terms of translation accuracy. We would be glad, if you could provide us with more detailed information about it (e.g. screen shots, etc.). - In addition we also will provide our plugin manuals in English in the near future.

We also recognized, that you apparently tested our plugins for only about 25 minutes in order to write your review without contacting us, yet you rated our support 6/10. If you face any problems with one of our plugins during future tests, please do not hesitate to contact our support in German or English first. We are confident to overcome some of the obstacles you found at least.
